Cognitive Behavioural Therapist / Clinical Director

Natalie is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She is currently working both in the NHS and privately, and for the past two years has been working in one of the most prestigious clinics in Harley Street.  She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. In addition to this she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with The University of Royal Holloway. She also has experience supervising and lecturing master’s students studying CBT.

Natalie works with a range of psychological difficulties including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Depression and Borderline Personality Disorder. Natalie has a specific interest in working with people with low self-esteem, sleep and anxiety disorders.

Natalie has received training in the following modalities-

  • Traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
